Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return new and unused items in the original box (with all accessories & parts included) within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, minus any shipping fees incurred plus a 10% processing fee. In order to receive a refund, all products must include all manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Returns must be insured and postage must be paid upfront.

If you are cancelling a preorder there will be a 10% processing fee as pre-orders have been placed with our distributors at the time of purchase. 

Print your name and address on the outside of the box and include a copy of our Return Authorization Form filled out properly. Please call or email for a Return Authorization Code prior to returning your item(s). Without contacting us or including a return form in the package, we cannot insure a full refund.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. 

Monster Buck Supply reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has continually made returns or if the product to return has been used.

We recommend ordering online through our secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
